The order can be refunded in the following cases:
- The buyer has returned the order. The return procedure is described below.
- One or more items are damaged.
- The package has a substantial delay of more than 40 days.
- The buyer has indicated his intention to cancel the order prior to shipment.
The order is refunded to the payment method used when paying for the order.

If you want to return an order, just CONTACT US with your order number and the reason.
Here is the return policy:
- Each order can be returned within 30 days of receipt of the order.
- We will provide a prepaid shipping label when the return is confirmed.
- Only new, unused items can be returned.
- As soon as we receive the parcel back to our warehouse and check the contents, we will make a refund for the item within 2-3 days.
The shipping cost is non-refundable in case of the return of goods due to the fault of the buyer.
