Refunds
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Should you encounter any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us via our designated chat service or email address, both of which are available on our website.
Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
Return of the Order by the Buyer: The buyer has returned the order in accordance with the return procedure outlined below.
Damaged or Defective Items: One or more items in the order are received in a damaged condition or are otherwise defective. In such cases, photographic evidence or a detailed description of the damage may be requested to process the refund efficiently.
Substantial Delivery Delays: The package experiences a significant delay exceeding 40 calendar days from the date of dispatch, provided the delay is attributable to our shipping provider and not due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer).
Pre-Shipment Cancellation: The buyer notifies us of their intent to cancel the order prior to its shipment. Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing via chat or email and will only be honored if the order has not yet been dispatched.
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 1–3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
Returns
We aim to make the return process as straightforward as possible. Should you wish to return an order, please follow the procedure outlined below.
Return Procedure
Initiate the Return: Contact us via chat or email, providing your order number and a clear explanation of the reason for the return. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility.
Eligibility Criteria:
Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered to you, as confirmed by tracking information.
Only items that are new, unused, and in their original packaging are eligible for return. Items showing signs of wear, damage caused by the buyer, or missing original tags/packaging will not be accepted.
Shipping Arrangements: Upon approval of your return request, we will provide a designated return address. The buyer is responsible for sending the order to the provided address. Please package the items securely and include all original documentation (e.g., order confirmation or packing slip) to avoid delays in processing.
Refund Processing: Once the returned parcel is received at our warehouse, we will inspect the contents to ensure compliance with our return conditions. Provided the items meet the stated criteria, a refund for the cost of the returned items will be issued within 2–3 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
The shipping cost is non-refundable in case of the return of goods due to the fault of the buyer.
Additional Notes
Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: In cases where the return is initiated due to the buyer’s preference or error (e.g., ordering the wrong item), the original shipping cost will not be refunded. However, if the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged goods or incorrect items shipped), all associated shipping costs will be covered by us.
Lost or Damaged Returns: We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend retaining proof of shipment (e.g., a tracking number) until the return is fully processed.
